John Critcher grew up in western North Carolina working on produce farms and delivering produce with his father, John Critcher Sr., and his "Papaw," Carnie Critcher. John's family got into the produce industry during the 1920's, and John has worked in this industry for over 30 years. John has been married to Tracy for

years and has four children: Jonah, Jeremy, Joseph, and Jared.
Trevor Critcher started at a young age working with his brother, John Critcher; father, John Critcher Sr.; and his "Papaw," Carnie Critcher. Trevor has worked in the produce industry for over 30 years. Currently, he specializes in logistics and transportation. Trevor has been married to Gail for
30 years and has three children: Morgan, Benjamin, and Bethany.
Jonah Critcher started in the produce industry immediately following his completion of high school. While working, Jonah attended Caldwell Community College & Technical Institute where he earned an AAS in Business Administration. Jonah specializes in sales, logistics, and transportation. Jonah is married to Elizabeth Critcher, and together they have two beautiful daughters named Elliana & Audrey.
Brad Wandler grew up in western Kentucky working on his uncle's farm. Currently, Brad provides accounting and technological support for T&J Produce. He has been married to Jennifer for
18 years and has two children: Gabriella and Easton.
While working part-time at T & J Produce, Morgan attended Appalachian State University. After graduating with a business degree, Morgan joined full-time at the end of 2020. Morgan provides services in human resources and food safety.
While going to work with his dad at a young age, Joseph started learning the ropes of the produce industry. When he became old enough, Joseph got his CDL and started trucking hauling produce. During this time, Joseph was able to meet the farmers and customers, which allowed him to learn and observe firsthand the challenges of supply chains. When Joseph wasn’t trucking for T & Produce, Joseph was managing the warehouse and farming cabbage. Currently, Joseph provides sales and management support for T & Produce.
While working part-time at T & J Produce, Benjamin attended Appalachian State University. After graduating with a business degree, Benjamin joined full-time at the end of 2022. Benjamin is the Warehouse Manager and Quality Assurance Coordinator.
